An American La Liga

Episode 3 · August 27th, 2018 · 47 mins 21 secs

About this Episode

First up, we talk about the current state of Manchester United under Glazer ownership, with Mourinho at the helm. Will he be United manager come the end of the season? How are the glazer owned US franchise Bucaneers doing?

Next up, we spend a bit of time talking about the supposed deal La Liga have struck with a US media company. Reports flooded in that La Liga had agreed a 15 year deal which would see at least one La Liga game a year played in the US. The response? Generally, outrage. In fact many players/managers in Spain have reportedly been considering a strike as they, nor the clubs were alerted at the potential deal. Should US companies be looking at the growing MLS market instead?
